still did not receive my refund
Ordering and delivery went well. I returned some socks and got confirmation that the return was received by Websocks, however 3 weeks later I still have not received my money. After more than 5 emails, I still have not received any reply !!!!
Also not having a phone number to call does not help. Very poor customer service, and hence I will not order here again.

Great quality socks! Arrived very quickly. I actually made a mistake when choosing the size and they corrected it before shipping. Very very quick response!

Socks in wrong size, but customer service team works great
+: That's a nice working website, and everything I ordered came on time. Also there was a hand-written message on my invoice, what adds some personal vibe to my experience.
-: I ordered size 35-38. Usually I wear 38. 12 pair of socks (by Apollo company) are so big, that my husband can wear them. His size is 42.
I contacted Websocks team through a form at their site.
EDIT: The answer by company was lost in my spam folder. As soon as I find it, I edit my review -- the customer cervices was quick to help, the refund was done (which I wasn't expected, actually).
It was very nice to be Websocks' customer.
P.S. I'd recommend to make a size chart on the site to avoid this kind of situation. Hope this could help!
