While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Misleading information on purpose | NOT free for startups

I signed up for the Startup program because the marketing material made it sound like it would give you free access to the event.

Turns out this is just a marketing scheme and the wording on their page is misleading on purpose. You later get numerous marketing emails and phone calls where they try to get you to purchase some expensive bundles

Misleading Advertising

I saw a social media ad on Instagram, offering my startup the chance to win free tickets to their conference in Lisbon. This was incredibly misleading, the reality was I could win a chance to pitch at the conference, but only if I paid over a thousand pounds to attend! They even had the temerity to position this as a great opportunity, "you've been selected to be able to spend over £1,000 to get the chance to win." It was a huge waste of time, and not clear at all. I don't believe they are helping start-up businesses like mine in any way.
