I engaged your services for developing a website for my CA firm and paid the agreed-upon amount in full. However, I received an incomplete website with numerous pending tasks, despite assurances of timely completion and quality service. The promises made have not been kept, revealing a significant gap between words and actions.

I specifically requested Saptarshi Saha to organize a training program for me to understand how to customize content and resolve other issues. The website is currently unsecured, inaccessible from mobile devices, and plagued with other problems. Despite my efforts to contact various individuals within your organization, no one has taken responsibility or shown a willingness to fulfill their obligations.

My biggest mistake was paying the entire amount upfront, as it seems to have led to a situation where once payment is made, the service is forgotten, and clients are left waiting for months or even years for resolutions. I do not recommend any one to take any services from so called WEBTEL a software developer.

Bad experience, senior staff is responsive by words but not by work.

Junior staff is not good by words as well as work.

Earlier I thought that amount is reasonable for website development services, but after getting services I am thinking why you are charging services amount where everything suggested by us.

Done full payment because of my commitment but still not satisfied.

Request you to give some wonderful team to complete my work.
