I couldn't expect more from a similar website. The only thing I would suggest is to expand their assortment for outdoor clothing, they have less stuff than other websites (but at good prices and with reliable delivery/returns), well done Webtogs :)

I ordered a Rab micro lightweight jacket late on the Friday afternoon and was wearing it on Saturday afternoon. Class leading processing, despatch and delivery. The jacket itself is incredibly light (as the title suggests) very warm without the feeling of being smothered and fits perfectly. The best price I could find too. What’s not to like.

Warning
Be very cautious if you are purchasing a product outside of the UK. They will mislead you by advertising the product in your local currency,(In my case Rands) once you have clicked there is quite understandably a delivery fee although quite high (also in Rands) however no mention of the extremely high customs duty. Once it is with customs they will not release it untill the fee is paid. All in all I ended up paying three times the initial advertised price.
I did take the matter up with Fabiha at Webtogs 'customer service' who basically said that she was sorry I did not read the small print and went on to say "We currently ship to 60 countries, If the payment is not paid (to customs) the parcel will be returned to us I am afraid"
Feels a lot like a legal scam.
