Scammer. I paid £2 for some spices on Instagram, I then received an invoice for an auto 14 days recurring subscription for £40. I don't even know what the subscription is for! Had no idea it's a subscription. 100% scammer. Have to inform my credit card company. Waste of time and stress you don't need.
BTW I've written to email support given to cancel whatever this subscription is and I heard nothing from them! SCAMMER

Scammers that get you to authorize a one off small payment then set up reoccurring fees of around £40. No doubt they will respond to this saying they are not affiliated with the activities described and that it does not reflect their standards which is a lie because they are scammers.

The staff was courteous and made the whole experience pleasant.

This is a fraud site. They put scam messages in FB and other social media sites. Don't fall for that. The money they usually take from you is low, but from 1000s of customers they do the same. Immediately
call your credit card company and block this site from taking further money.Once the promotional period (3 days)is over, your account will incur a £39.95 charge every 14 days.

I am telling you NOW to stop this fraudulent activity
I need to say that following a sent email to the company my payments stopped and the amounts I had paid were refunded.
I was perhaps hasty in giving them a bad name
The acted admirably in my case. Thank you

Scam, they pretended to sell me a product then tried to set up a regular payment from my account.

Also conned into a subscription from this company pretending to be from boots chemist. Have cancelled subscription immediately and had web chat to confirm no payments will be taken. Have taken copy of this should they go back on their word. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is a fraudulent company. They charged $3 to my credit card in February 2024, and when I did not pick this up, they charged $113 to my credit card for 8 months until I noticed it. I have never had any contact with Webuildix.
Avoid like the plague and if you find they have fraudulently charged your credit card contact your bank and have them reverse the transaction. You need to do it within 3 months. I have managed to get the ANZ to reverse the transactions.
And now they Webuildix is sending me replies denying that they are fraudulent, asking me to contact them after the ANZ have reversed their fraudulent transactions. If I have an account set up with you why haven't you contacted me to resolve the matter? You ignored me while they were in receipt of 8 × $113.30 that you had been charging my credit card monthly since Feb 2024. There are 5 other reviewers who make the same claim. We did not set up accounts with you, you are stealing from people who have no interest or knowledge of your business. I will post my information on every social media company to warn others about your dishonesty.
Get in the bin!

SCAM! Received an email with the ‘People’s Postcode Lottery’ Logo attached offering a scratch card type advent calendar… proceeded to charge me £2 for shipping which I stupidly paid for, then I received an email, and right at the bottom, hidden under a load of legal waffle was an invoice for the £2 and small print informing me that I have subscribed to a free 3 day trial and would be charged £39.95 every 14 days after the trial.
Have cancelled my bank card and contacted bank. STAY AWAY!
