Very good service from Webury.

This was my first order from Webury and the service was excellent. I received regular updates and delivery was speedy.
Sadly, the blouse, although lovely, was too small and I have had to return it. My only niggle was that I wasted the delivery and returns charges. I did purchase a returns label at the time of ordering to be on the safe side. I had also checked the sizing guidance and chose the recommended size, but still too small.
However, overall, very pleased with the service from Webury.

Excellent service.

I wasn't bothered where they came from as long as they were the ones I wanted, so it was a real bonus to discover I was ordering from a small independent retailer. They were charming, everything arrived as they said it would and I am very happy!

I believe our customer services team have been in touch with you following your experience. I completely understand your frustration with this negative experience of shopping with us, our products are checked before being sent out but on some reare occassions, minor defects do get missed.

We can assure you that the boots were not pre-worn or used in any way prior to being dispatched to you. The marks you saw, as we can see now, are a primary result of a manufacturing defect with the Ariat. We can only apologise that this wasn’t picked up before we sent the boots out to you.
