Great experience at the Pittsburgh branch
Jim O’Connor at the Pittsburgh branch was wonderful to work with! He contacted me a few days before my appointment to ask a few questions and to be sure I had the required documents for selling my MN car in PA. He helped us through a paperwork issue and gave us a fair price for our 2010 Prius. He was efficient and easy to work with. Very easy
Very easy, seamless process from beginning to end. Very easy, friendly conversations both on phone and in person. Felt at ease in the office through the process.
The valuation was, I believe, pretty fair. (Who wouldn't want to get more than they did, right?)
Upon agreement, the paperwork was prepared quickly. Everything was explained along the way - keeping me aware of what I was signing and the legal meaning of each document.
In no time at all, the paperwork (and the check) was given to me and I eas on my way.
