The process took about an hour, there were no snags of any sort, and I walked out with a check and no car. Exactly what I was looking for.

Nick was very kind and professional. I thought selling my car was going to be difficult, but in an hour and a half everything was done.

Nick was very easy to work with. Make an appointment, because it takes 90 minutes or so for them to check everything from title, to a test drive, a vehicle inspection and to make you an offer. It was not “high pressure” to accept their offer. I was happy with the results.

The whole experience was easy. They gave me twice what the dealer was going to give me. They did a review of the vehicle. There was a check engine light, which I explained what was wrong, and the computer said the same thing. The rust and dings were noted, as well as the sagging headliner.
Later the title had not been updated after the loan was paid off and this did not phase them. They called the bank and took care of everything.
The whole procese was easy and Nick was easy to work with and helpful. I have told my family and friends I would use their service again.

Very nice encounter, very informative on my vehicle and what had been wrong with it. Talked and showed me pictures of the vehicle. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend to someone who is looking to sell a car. They definitely do buy any car!

Nick was really helpful and nice. The others I spoke with to schedule and confirm the appointment were very friendly and helpful as well. The process was flexible and easy. I like they said up front everything that they needed, and let me watch them inspect my car. I like how they went over everything they looked at, and described how they came to their final price. Only minor thing is I thought I would get more for my vehicle based on its condition, but the customer service experience was great.

I was surprised at how fast the process was. We set up an appointment and I was the only one there, didn't have to deal with waiting for others to finish. All the paper work is done there. Not having to go to the DMV was great. The agent was friendly and helpful. I walked out leaving my good ol car and had a nice check to deposit in my account.
