Best experience I’ve ever had with car related business
I truly appreciate how easy this company made it for me to sell my car. The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy. We showed up without an appointment, were able to get right in, and 30-40 minutes later we had a check and were walking out the door. Daphne was super nice, and did everything she could to get us the most for the car. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

We’re not quite sure what service cost you are speaking about that should be $22.50 and are eager to connect with you 1-on-1 to listen to your feedback in greater detail. We do charge a fee if customers decide to complete the sale. This fee is included on our website and in our disclaimers and goes to cover the costs associated with legally transferring ownership with the state.
Regarding the difference between the online valuation and the in-branch offer, we understand surprises can be frustrating. No one likes surprises, and we try our best to be transparent about how we arrived at the offer we did. We always invite customers to join us as we complete the appraisal so they can see what we see.
Unfortunately, when the online valuation was completed, the user declined to enter any specific damage. Once our Branch Manager was able to inspect the vehicle we found multiple dashboard lights illuminated, including the check engine light. The computer’s onboard diagnostic computer returned a P0420 code and there was additional damage we were previously unaware of. Once we discovered these items, we had to take them into consideration when making our firm offer.

Agent very nice and helpful but final offer much lower than original given.
The agent was very helpful, however it was disappointing to be given one price and then upon accepting the initial offer, to be paid $300-500 less.
Update: the corporate office reached out to me and worked out the situation to my satisfaction. So I've upgraded my 3 stars to 4.
