Quick, easy, and clear
The overall process was streamlined with an abundance of communication. Darius, the branch manager indealt with, was friendly and real. I never felt surprised or taken advantage of. Things made sense. While I would have loved more value for my car I feel I got a fair value, better than a dealer.
Would recommend to others.
Protip: take pictures of anything related to subscriptions like Sirius radio IDs or car was member stickers.
