Darius was kind and professional. The whole process was well explained and fast, and they gave me a very reasonable payout via a check right away. I will note that they kind of lure you in with a huge quoted price online and then give you a more reasonable offer once they have driven the car and picked it apart, but again, I got a very reasonable number for my 240k mile Subaru Impreza.

Our process went so smoothly! I have mom brain so I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped us but he was genuinely so kind and helpful. I have two young daughters who I had with me, and they were full of energy. He was so kind and patient and worked with me as I tried to wrangle them.
