Terrible customer service…
Terrible customer service representative gave me an offer that wasn't true then tried to charge me over $300 off of my offer places a scan not worth it I'd rather scrap it than sell anything do you .

You may have been confused when you booked the appointment. You selected to bring the car to our location in Coraopolis, PA. We do have a mobile buyer in your area, but you did not pick the "We Come to You" option when you booked the appointment.
I listened to the recorded call and the Manager who assisted you was courteous and respectful. They reiterated the online estimate and made you aware of a documentation fee which was disclosed to you online and in the email that you received with the valuation estimate. We hate surprises as much as you, which is why we go out of our way to be fully transparent about this.

The representative
The representative, Craig Crisanti, is a very nice man: very courteous, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and even though he is allergic to dogs, he got along great with my Angel Dawg. :-)
He was very helpful to me since I am in a wheelchair and went above and beyond to help me. He made selling my car to webuyanycar.com a pleasant experience.
And he even followed up with a phone call the next day, and again was so pleasant!

Matt was accommodating with a same day transaction. Had to have my car towed down. Matt was thorough inspecting the car, even found a safety issue that no other mechanic had mentioned to me. Paperwork was straightforward, quick and painless.
