I was able to schedule an appointment easily, the same day. I liked that, there was no waiting for a text or call to set it up.
The directions were easy to follow to get there.
The process took 45 minutes (instructions said 1 hour). Craig met me as I pulled up, he was friendly and not give off any creepy or shady vibes. He spent some minutes listening, running codes and taking pictures of the car. He uploaded the info to their home office. They then asked me what I wanted or expected to get from the car. They gave an offer. At that point you can accept or decline, or counter. It was not high pressure. I walked out with a check in hand.

I had never used a service where they come to your home to purchase a car but we just purchased a new vehicle and had too many… Needed to get rid of older CRV. Parker was so great. He called before coming, was polite, professional and just a nice person you would be happy to have at your home. Money- wise, he was able to give me super close to what I wanted without the hassle of getting more quotes. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours. I definitely recommend this company and would do it again any day.

The carrier's rep Parker was good but said he would let us know when the car was being picked up in advance 5-7 days. We were never notified and it was picked up in 4 days. I had been home for 3 minutes so became very close to getting blocked from my driveway and garage.
