The whole experience was easy. I called in and talked with someone about the car we wanted to sell. They gave me a price quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was held, and the price was more than the dealerships offer. Completed the transaction and left with a check. This was our second time, and it is the best way to sell a car.

Doylestown location - great experience
I worked with Tony in Doylestown, and the experience was great! After making my online appointment, he followed up with a call to make sure I didn't have any questions prior to my visit. There was no wait when I got there, and Tony was forthcoming about the process and essentially walked me through at every step. Despite many flaws in my trade-in vehicle, I was offered almost 30% more than the dealership had offered the previous day. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes from the time I arrived, which included the physical appraisal of my car, Tony working with his remote team to get me the best offer, signing the paperwork, and receiving the check. I'd recommend this fair and friendly experience to anyone!
