Christian was fine, quoted $950 for car, as soon as I got there was told that deoending on condition, real value could be as low as $100. Car was in very good shape, didn’t appreciated the bullshit starting so early

The online valuation was based on your disclosure that the Cadillac had no damage but there was some damage to the front and rear bumpers and a number of other battle scars. It is our policy to invite the customer to be present during the appraisal, so you see exactly what we see. We definitely want to check in with you to ensure our team followed correct procedures.
Our system never came close to a valuation of $100 so we're keen to understand why this was miscommunicated. I'm pleased to see we cut you a check for close to the online estimate despite additional items of damage which were not accounted for, but this should have been a much better experience for you.

Make the magic happen on Route 18
After my son bought a new car, it was time to trade in his 2011 hyundai sonata. With 160k on the odometer and 13 years old, I was getting quotes from online auto buyer companies that they would only provide a few hundred dollars. That's when I checked out webuyanycar.com and decided to make an appt to take it over. Justin was terrific. A nice guy who made me feel comfortable and explained the process in full. There was a bogus accident on the car's history that we discussed and was able to resolve. After looking over the vehicle and drove test it, we discussed an offer. While I am not going to write how much we agreed to, just let me say that it was significantly more than all the other buyers!!! After that, he cut me a check, I shook his hand, and left his office. The entire process was only an hour!!! I would certainly recommend others interested in selling their older cars, to call Justin at the Route 18 office in East Brunswick, NJ. I couldn't have asked for a better auto sale!
