The price given on your website is different from the one your branch manager gave. He said less money. He called me on the phone before I even went to the branch. He said we are giving this price. I did not like this situation because of the price differences.

Our Branch Manager inspected the vehicle and did find some damage to the wheels that we were previously unaware of prior to the start of the appointment. We had to take this into consideration when making our firm offer.

Good, speedy service. I wish that my agent had talked me through more of the inspection part and had a slightly higher offer, closer to phone quote. But overall a good experience and I appreciated price negotiation. The free Uber was hugely helpful!
