When I filled out the online questions…
When I filled out the online questions about my vehicle the quote came to 2000.00, but when the offer was made it was considerably less. It was stated due to mileage. I stated the mileage before I went. It almost seems as you offer a higher price to get me in the door.
I was told it was only about the mileage. Those codes are minor. I looked up on line and you can buy the unit for $25.00. And I was honest about the mileage. So don't hand me you BS

You disclosed a dent on the passenger side rear quarter panel online, and we appreciate your transparency in disclosing that. I also want to clarify that your mileage was entered correctly online. The change in value was not due to mileage. It was the result of several issues found during our professional appraisal that were not reflected in the online estimate, including additional dents and scratches on other panels, noticeable engine noise, and diagnostic findings which our team should have made you aware of. Our scan showed that engine trouble codes had been recently reset and revealed two active EVAP system issues (P0442 and P0496), which indicate an underlying mechanical problem that impacts a vehicle’s true market value.

The follow up,in reference to customer satisfaction, is the best. I had just a small concern nothing I thought was major. However I received a call from one of there representatives, I explained no big deal yet to him it was. They truly went beyond what was necessary to rectify my concern.I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who has a need:)
