The website tool was very bad, deceptive. The tool giving an estimate is so far off, it is more of deceptive ad to get people in the office.
The people in the office were great!
I have another used car to sell. I would not use the company again.

Our online valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, but it’s based off the limited information provided to us by our customers. During your online valuation you declared there wasn’t any damage or reconditioning concerns to your car. Our system took that information and generated a valuation for a vehicle with no physical or mechanical issues.
Unfortunately, when we finally had the chance to inspect the vehicle in person our Branch Manager identified a variety of damage we were previously unaware. We had to take this new information into account and unfortunately it negatively impacted our valuation of your vehicle. If our online valuation tool had known about these issues initially, it would have generated a different valuation more inline with what you experienced in branch.
Regardless, we want all our customers to have a positive experience. I have opened a customer service complaint on your behalf and our leadership team will be reaching out to you directly. It’s our hope we can connect with you 1-on-1 to listen to your feedback in greater detail and address your concerns.
