I would not recommend them called and talked to 2 lady's and both said they would come pick up vehicle. Them called back to let them know to come get it and they said I have to bring it to them wtf is going on is this the new America if so damn we are in trouble.

We're so sorry for the confusion. The people you spoke with were in our call center and we are listening to recorded calls to understand exactly what was said.
I do see that your vehicle is a non-runner with a bad engine, and this is not something our mobile buyers handle. Moving a non-operable vehicle requires more specialist handling and a tow truck. Our team was trying to arrange for our partner to come out to you but from our notes, it seems you may not have been interested in this service.
We are speaking with everyone involved and will reach out to you in the next couple of days with a solution to get your Ford Explorer picked up.

Selling my 2020 Ford Ranger
I submitted info about my 2020 Ford Ranger online with CarMax, Carvana, and We Buy Any Car. Best offer or valuation, as We Buy… calls it, was with We Buy…. So I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 3:00 at the Garner facility. I arrived on time, but the manager, Tom, was still working with another customer. I waited in my truck for a few minutes and then Tom came out and invited me in. I waited for him to conclude his business with this other customer and noticed that it all seemed very positive. After the other customer left Tom started to work on setting up everything for the sale of my truck. We took it for a road test and then he completed a physical inspection of the truck. We went into the office and he uploaded all of the new info he had collected. The first offer I was presented was significantly lower than the valuation I received online. Apparently this was due to a reported accident my truck was in. I referenced the accident and repair costs in the prior online applications, so I thought that the valuation had already taken that into consideration. Apparently that isn’t the case, so then I was asked to name a price that would get the truck sold that day. I did and unfortunately Tom was unable to give me that number, but he countered with an acceptable number and I sold my truck.
Tom was very professional, courteous and upfront about everything. Although I didn’t get the amount shown in the original valuation, I was happy with the check I walked out with. It was a pleasure working with Tom and I would recommend giving him and We Buy Any Car a chance if you’re selling your vehicle.
