Kyle and his supervisor worked well together. Kyle specifically did the entire transaction on a particularly cold day to drive a convertible corvette. He took his time to ensure I was getting a fair price for the car. He is a very genuine person and a bright guy. He has to listen to people all day but was upbeat and seemed to enjoy his profession. Even the obvious defects with the vehicle we agreed on He was not negative, all business. The documentation was done exceptionally well.

Friendly and Comfortable
The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. The entire experience was under one hour. Appointment was made fast and fit easily into my schedule. The manager went over everything about my car including things I did not know in an honest and polite fashion. I felt the offer agreed to was fair. The fellow was very polite
The fellow was very polite. Answered questions I had. Didn't spend a lot of time talking about nothing.
The car is a real junker, and I knew it wasn't worth much, even though it was only 18 years old. Glad to get rid of it.
I had called before I went to the "store" and was told it would take about an hour to go through the process, if I accepted the offer. That's about how long it took. I was able to have someone pick me up at the correct time. Well done.
