Donald Turned a Car Sale into a Chat with a Friend

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Donald, at WeBuyAnyCar of Greensburg, PA; we were there to sell our decrepit minivan. Donald immediately put us at our ease, offering bottled water and pleasant conversation. He was professional and clear, describing the testing processes and criteria by which the company appraises vehicles. It was actually rather fascinating. Our old rust bucket wasn't worth much--we figured that coming in. The value Donald came up with was very fair, and we felt quite satisfied with the offer as it was. He warmly thanked us for selling him our minivan--we were thinking he was the one doing us a favor by taking it off our hands! Donald is the type of guy you just know is trustworthy; a very pleasant fellow.

I must give a 5-star review for my experience with Donald, at 'We buy any car' @ East Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
From my very first phone call to this establishment, Donald was efficient and thorough. He gave me facts. He is by nature, I believe, a very perceptive & kind gentleman. He explained the process well. When I reached out with a question he promptly returned my call, within minutes. That's important to me because I work 10 hr.days, 6 days every week. I do not have my phone while working except for lunchtime.
Donald's professionalism and promptness let me move towards my next step. Honestly, I almost always wait a day or more for calls to be returned, if they're even returned.
I could say more but hopefully you get the picture.
During our interactions I noticed 2 things in particular.
One, he is very comfortable to deal with and be around.
Second, he knows his job extremely well, is confident, direct, and kind.
Donald is one of the few business men I've dealt with who look at me when I am talking, or when he's talking to me.
I can't imagine anything that could've made any part of this experience any better. Above & beyond- that's what I would declare of Donald & his service.
Oh, and his greeting and departing with the handshakes he initiated were sincere and a welcomed surprise. Don't get that anymore these days.
