Donald Minick was extremely easy to work with and made the process painless. I had to change my initial appointment and he was very flexible. It was a company car that I was selling and he prepared me with all the paperwork that I would need to provide prior to my arrival. He was very communicative throughout the review of the car and explained why the final offer was less than the intial offer. He showed me pictures of the rust that was the reason for this decrease.

Bittersweet Sale
Don made the process so easy and was very fair. While I was sad to have needed to sell my vehicle that I loved so much, the experience helped lessen the blow.
