Sherrie was absolutely awesome
Sherrie was absolutely awesome - she's good at what she does and super nice! Very understanding when we needed to reschedule multiple times. She explained the process clearly and talked us through everything that goes into the valuation as she was inspecting the vehicle. While we weren't initially thrilled with the offer, she explained that the vehicle's previous accident history was the biggest issue, and the offer we received was still higher than any of the trade-in offers we had from local dealers. We took the deal and walked away with a check in no time. Great experience!
