Patrick is a valuable employee!!!!
Patrick took time to explain every step of the valuation process and make it very clear and simple. This was especially important as my mother in law was the customer and she has early onset dementia. While she struggled with signing her full name at times, Patrick was very patient and made her feel comfortable. His presence and professionalism was so appreciated, we cannot thank him enough!

Patrick did an excellent job. He's very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. My only complaint is that the Experion AutoCheck showed an accident with damage that was not accurate and has since been corrected. However, this affected my final value. That is not your fault.

Made an appointment a few days earlier and showed up for my appointment. Vince, the manager of the facility clearly explained the service and what to expect.
