Good but Not Great Experience
Easy appt setting, website is easy to use, Konrad is great in the office. Dinged you a star bc even with utmost transparency and condition description of the car the actual payout was a lot less than the original offer, and not quite aligned with KBB estimates. I get inspections can reveal some hidden issues, but after 90 minutes one is kinda stuck taking the offer at that point, so a little disappointed with our experience.
