Best price
I searched a number of car buying places and found that, We Buy Any Car USA, Lakeland FL, had the best price in their preliminary, vehicle-sight-unseen, response. We made an appointment with branch manager Christina Parker. She was professional, knowledgeable, truthful and caring, that can be hard to find in this industry.
She did a thorough physical search of the vehicle, as well as looked up the car's history on-line. Once this was completed she told us that the price would be adjusted downward based on her on-line and visual inspections. We had a couple of accidents that dinged us as well as two mechanical issues that needed to be repaired before it could be resold. In addition, I had entered the wrong mileage on my original request, I reported 65,000 vs 110,000. The offer went from $7300 to $5000. This was still a better price than I had received from the other sites I had responses from. She explained exactly why the price had changed and we understood completely and went ahead with our transaction to sell. We had a wonderful experience and felt good about it afterwards. Three cheers for Christina for her help. We have passed her name on to some of our neighbors giving Christina high marks.
