What a great experience. The manager Cristina is perfect. She answered all questions like an expert >> my odometer was flagged (damn shame) and it was explained to me how it co$t me in my $ale. The entire process was done professionally with facts and a bit of genuine empathy. Cristina could not have made me feel more comfortable.
In 2023, society would be in a better place if all public and professional interactions were conducted like this. I would recommend to family and friends.
