That’s not how our business works. Typically, so long as you tell us about any issues during the online valuation estimate, there should be no surprises during the appraisal. Like any buyer, we do appraise the vehicle before we make an offer and if there are undisclosed problems with the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear, this will affect the offer.
