My experience with Jeff.
Sales Rep Jeff was courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting him and chatting while he processed all the paper work and explain each step. Straightforward assessment of the car and it's value. The sale price was higher than scrap yard but likely lower than a private sale which would have required a lot of effort. All the paperwork was smooth. No dramas and a professional appraoch.
