I recently sold my car to We Buy Any Car at the Layton branch, and while I didn’t get the deal I’d initially hoped for, the customer service made up for it. The representative was professional, reassuring, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the offer and help me feel confident in my decision. The process of paying off the car was handled smoothly, and they coordinated seamlessly with my bank.

James was great to work with! He explained the process thoroughly and was upfront and about the offer. It was fairly quick and easy.

They took 1,000$ off of the quoted price…. Then “ listed” it as 300$ more than they actually gave me. “Processing fees” or something like that. Would try Carvana or anyone else next time.

We went to this location and had a wonderful experience! We went here to sell my wife's 2005 Toyota Rav4 Limited that we had for 8 years, and it had a little over 304,000 miles. Last week, we started hearing grinding and whirring noises that we thought could have been wheel bearings or pinions, and a few months ago, we had the fuel pump replaced.

We found that the repairs were getting more and more frequent and that it was time to sell the car. Otherwise, we would be losing money on more repairs. We did extensive research and explored all options from selling it privately to selling it to a used car place. We found this place and saw all the great reviews and felt good about it, so we made an appointment. A lot of these reviews rave about Tyler and we had just as wonderful an experience, if not better!

He greeted us the second we walked in the door, offered us a water, he was with someone else, and let us know how long it would be. He kept updating us on where he was at. He's very personable, professional, with great customer service skills. We took the car for a test drive, he let us watch as he did the inspection, we had a great time talking with him, he was educating us about the car. When we went back inside, he took the time to go over the details of the inspection and explained in depth the things he found in the inspection, and we found another issue in the engine we were not aware of, because there were no indication lights due to the age of the car. We found that we were basically driving a ticking time bomb and the engine could have seized.

We are so glad we did not sell it privately, and that we put our faith and trust in webuyanycar.com, and particularly Tyler. Naturally, we were hoping to get more than what we got, but thanks to Tyler's thoroughness, we feel that we got a very fair deal. We had an exceptional experience and if we ever need to sell one of our cars again, we will definitely be coming back! Hopefully Tyler is still there if and when that time comes. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

I wanted to talk to local agent before making appointment and coming in. I was only able to reach phone reps who weren't able to answer my unique question. However, when I made an appointment and talked to Tyler, the agent, face-to-face, he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to make a deal, and I sold my vehicle at that time.

I was able to walk in, and walk out an hour later with cash for my car.

Just wanted to leave a quick review about my experience with We Buy Any Car and their employee Brandon. Brandon was great, friendly and helped me understand the process every step of the way. He was a top notch representative of the We Buy Any Car name and mission and someone worthy of a promotion or at least a raise. While I did not get as much as I had hoped for my car I understood the reasoning. The truck also arrived in a timely manner and retrieved the vehicle in question. While It was heartbreaking to see my car go, I am proud to have chosen We Buy Any Car and recommend them to any reader of this review.
