Our Leadership Team has been trying to get in touch with you, but it seems that the phone number we have on file is incorrect. We also noticed that your name does not match the customer who sold us their vehicle. Area Manager, Josh has also sent an email to the one on file to reconnect and address your concerns directly.
Customer service and transparency are the foundation of our business. We try to operate in a pressure-free manner at all times, and if we could have successfully made contact with you, we would have happily reversed the deal and given you your vehicle back. We don’t want any customer to feel they were ripped off. Unfortunately, we’ve been unsuccessful at making contact.
Like any reputable car buyer, we have to price a vehicle based on its condition. We’re not interested in normal wear and tear but big-ticket items that can impact the mechanical, safety, and resale value of the vehicle. If our in-branch inspection discovers issues, we always have to factor them into our final offer.
Our leadership team reviewed the detailed notes, videos and photographs we take of every Inspection to ensure you were treated fairly and the vehicle priced accurately. If we made a mistake, we’re happy to admit it and make it right. Unfortunately, there were a variety of issues discovered on the 2002 Toyota Camry that we were previously unaware of prior to the appointment. Issues like suspension noise, fluid leak from the engine bay, damage to the rocker panel assembly, multiple OBD engine codes, and accident history all meant this vehicle with 174k miles was at the end of its life.

I had a very good experience with James and Tyler in the Layton office. They were very polite and eager to help. Their customer service skills were excellant, especially James,
The process of the price and paperwork was not quite as great.
I was given a quote by email and then it changed. I was happy to realize the deduction for a small dent but the second quote by Tyler was way below that.
Finally we reached a fair agreement later and I am happy with the results
