This was an excellent example of how smooth an interaction can be. Matt, our contact and manager, was very cordial and welcoming. Absolutely NO pressure to make the deal. The offer was fair, courteous and an easy transaction. A lot of paperwork, but all to protect the seller (me) and the buyer (WBAC). Excellent and surprising experience.
