Very convenient & fair price. Adin treated us well and gave us a fair price for our car. I've kept it very clean and well maintained. It had 247,000 miles on it. I will plan to sell another car to them in the near future.

Process was fairly simple. Do a quick online questionnaire, make an appointment for car inspection and sign documents. Didn't get original quote amount given front bumper damage, but felt comfortable with final offer. Josh at the location visited was very professional.

Selling price will be lower than what's quoted
Seller be aware! They give you a value on your vehicle online and when you show up in their office, they low ball you and give you some lame excuse why they can't give you the price that was quoted online (which was $1000 below book already).
I stopped in the office the day before my appointment to check the place out to if if it was legit, since I never heard of them before, While I was sitting there waiting to talk to the branch manager at the Maple Grove location they were doing the same low balling to a customer the branch manager was dealing with at the time ($1500 below what was quoted online). Seller be aware of their practices and what to expect out of your experience if you choose to use them.
