Low ball offer. Gave every excuse as to why $10K in aftermarket upgrades was a negative... Total scam and not happy and likely will pursue legal fraud actions...
UPDATED 8/4/23:
The area sales manager connected me directly and we discussed the situation. He was very cordial and understanding. He offered a reverse deal to correct the situation. In the end he offered additional funds and Fedex the check within days. I appreciate the personal touch and professionalism.
