Updated experience

It literally took 3 hours to sell my car. They had to enter my information into system twice and waited 1 hour for someone to approve. Service person had question about my title and it took her 1 and 1/2 hours to get a response. I had to leave for an appt. and come back to pick-up my check less $99 service fee that took 3 hours of my time. Regional manager called and explained delays. He reimbursed service fee. I appreciate their follow-up to make things right.

Your vehicle's Experian AutoCheck history discloses a documented accident report involving damage to multiple body panels. Our buyer's professional, in-person appraisal documented additional condition issues including a cracked front bumper, hood rust, a damaged side mirror, lower engine noise, a damaged muffler, dashboard damage, a damaged tire, and dents and scratches across the passenger side.

We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation.

We also want to acknowledge directly that the appointment took longer than it should have. The title on file required verification, and that step ran past our standard timeline. We apologize for the time that cost you.

Easy and fair

Never a fun thing to sell a car that has failed to the point it can't even be traded in, but at least it's over and I have a few hundred dollars. Amy was super easy to work with.

Easy sale

Easy sale. Didn't take very long & I was free of insurance, gas, repairs & all the myriad problems associated with owning a car. People very helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend for a quick & easy sale. Got a great price, too !

Safe and Quick Way To Sell Your Old Car

We had an older 2001 vehicle that we were not comfortable giving away or selling ourselves because of some needed repairs. We found Webuyanycar.com on the internet and were surprised to find there was a location within 5 miles of our home. Amy Tayon, the branch manager at the Merriam, Kansas location did a thorough inspection for our car, made an offer we accepted, processed all of the paperwork and gave us a check on the spot. Amy was very friendly and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Awkward instructions

Awkward instructions. Emails and advice from call center didn’t align with what happened or was told by the local guy. Didn’t get a call ahead of time and rep arrived at the last minute of our appointment window. Process took about two hours after that.

Amy was great and made the process easy. I didn't really like when the offer price was lowered significantly by your system. Amy was able to relay my displeasure and I was offered the same price the dealership had offered but still well below the initial estimate.

I got the deal i was looking for. And the honesty. I went to a dealership and they told me i had a few things wrong with my vehicle and they wouldn't let me a company them. Your buyer let me a company them and they found nothing wrong!
