Got an estimate on line . A couple days later they came to my home to finalize the offer. Deducted for a handful of issues that I forgot to mention . Made a reasonable offer and gave me my check then . 2 days later the car was out of my driveway . This is my second car sold to We Buy Any Car.com for a reason . So convent.

Could have used more $$
They came to my home since I am in the process of moving. I was hoping to get more $$ out of my car but had to settle for 2K which was disappointing. Everything was completed in less than 2 hours.

Our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer during the quote process. In this case, no damage was disclosed during the online valuation, despite being prompted to do so.
Our professional, in-person appraisal identified 13 physical, structural, and safety issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:

• SRS/Airbag warning light illuminated
• Front bumper — large dent
• Passenger side front fender — poor previous repair
• Hood oxidation
• Roof panel dented
• Driver side front fender dented
• Both rear quarter panels dented
• Driver side front door scratched
• Tailgate/trunk lid chipped
• All four alloy wheels damaged
• Interior damage to both front seats, center console, and door trim
• Accident history detected
These issues have a direct impact on the vehicle's resale value and must be factored into a fair market offer. I received a higher offer from We Buy any Car which made me choose your company. .i believe the intention was never to pay the amount offered which is likely your company’s tactic. Ultimately, I did decide to go with your company since I was ready to move on from the vehicle. I do believe I left about a grand on the table. But lesson learned on my part.
