She was also very thorough in the process as far as inspection went. Actually received a call from corporate to rectify the situation and I am pleased to say that I am content with the outcome. Customer service was great
Customer service was great, very friendly, courteous and thorough. One thing I did not like was the fact that my car was appraised at a certain price, in order to make the appointment. After inspection, knowing well the mileage of vehicle prior to appointment, was offered a lowered price rather than what was appraised. Car was in good condition but I was told the mileage affected price.
