Bait and switch practice
I am a fan of any online buyer of cars like Carvana, and others. I had high hopes for this one, but after estimating my car at a value of $19k plus, I was told price was not guaranteed and they had to inspect the car in the office. I show up, and they cite one accident on Carfax and say the accident alone devalues car by thousands. Well, guess what! You had all the info to the accident before hand, there was nothing about the car after you saw it that influenced the estimate, then why are you wasting my time by luring me in with a high estimate only to try lowball me in your office! This is called bait and switch! Change your practice and quote prices based on all info you see beforehand not after. Complete waste of my time.
