I know this statement is a cliche,but from the initial phone contact during which time the selling process was explained to me, We Buy Any Car seemed "too good to be true".However, I soon saw that this was not
the case. First,the two individuals Alieu and Christian who assisted me at the Plainfield NJ location, were great communicators, highly competent and greatly added to the ease of the transaction.They really were phenomenal! In terms of the actual selling of my car, they strictly adhered to the process that had been previously explained to me and bought the car for a price that I was extremely pleased with. The price was close to the amount that was quoted online and the best part was that there was no haggling about it.On the day I sold my car, I brought it to WBAC location where the exterior was examined and then a short test drive was taken.After that, necessary paperwork was completed,and a check handed to me that day. I cannot offer any suggestions for improvement because I was overjoyed with the entire process. This company might sound "too good to be true", but don't hesitate to contact them.Believe me they are as good as I have stated.

Good Staff, Lacking Appropriate Ambiance
Arrived for our appointment and had to wait about half an hour. The waiting room was large and had little comforts, no TV, no music, or anything to try and help ease the passing of the time or drown out the noise from the previous customer trying to finish his paperwork (some of which included giving out personal information).
The staff person was nice, accommodating, and competent, but the enterprise as a whole was lacking. It is clear that the higher-ups do not care about the quality of service, given the lack of effort they put into comforts.
