No Documentation Received
More than a week after closing the transaction, I have yet to receive digital or paper copies of the documents signed. I have followed up 4 times and get email responses with empty apologies and excuses.

You should have been handed printed copies of all of your documents at the point of sale. We understand the Branch Manager agreed to email them instead, which is not our policy. While we are happy to email a copy, you should always get a physical copy and we apologize. We have provided appropriate coaching to ensure this does not happen again.
Our automated system shows the records were sent to the email on file on 12/6, 12/7, and again on 12/11 so we are unsure why you did not receive them. It looks like you have your own email domain rather than one of the mainstream providers like Gmail.
To ensure you received your documents, we sent them via FedEx and confirmed delivery. You should have everything we promised.
