I am very pleased with my experience with webuyanycar.com. Everything was exactly as described when I scheduled the appointment. The appraiser called prior to coming to my home, ran some diagnostics, took a test drive, made an offer and gave me a check. It was that easy.

The entire process is a SCAM
The entire process is a SCAM. They tried to insult my intelligence. They sent me an email offer for my car for $4995. Carvana was $5300. Carmax was $5400. I got there and they tried to offer me $2800!!!! They finally kept increasing there offer until they stopped at $4500...I sold it the first day on Facebook Marketplace for $5800. .A complete waste of time!!!

To be clear, we take allegations of deceptive practices very seriously. Our online valuation is an estimate based on the information provided by the customer — it is not a firm offer. A firm offer can only be made after our buyer has completed a physical inspection of the vehicle. We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how we arrived at our number.
In this case, our inspection identified significant reconditioning needs that were not reflected in the online estimate. Most notably, upper engine noise was detected during the appraisal — a disclosure item that carries a substantial impact on resale value given the cost of diagnosis and repair. The vehicle also presented with a number of exterior and interior condition issues across multiple panels and surfaces. These findings, taken together, required a meaningful adjustment from the online estimate.
We understand this was frustrating, and we never want our customers to feel that their time was wasted. We have an internal pricing team which our Branch Managers are welcome to consult with for a second opinion. We worked with them to maximize the amount we could offer. Ultimately, we couldn't meet your expectations regarding price.

Make sure they transfer your car and not just buy it
I sold a car to we buy any car in Octof 2025 here we are in Feb 2026 and I was notified by my insurance company that a lawyer has submitted a LOR claim to them for that car. The title was never transferred turns out we buy any car sold the car to a dealer who then sold it to a person who then had an accident all while it is still in my name. THIS IS TITLE JUMPING so while I thought the process of selling to them was quick and easy on the backend I have some problems and I would not go back to sell them another car
