2012 Honda Fit

Lou at the Port Richey office was proactive reaching out to me when I set up my appointment. He was friendly, transparent, and made the process very easy to follow. The amount I was able to get for my vehicle not only reflected the research I did, but exceeded my expectations. My takeaway is very positive for this company and Lou personally.

QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
From the time I scheduled the appointment, I felt that this would be a good experience. The salesperson was friendly, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Due to an influx of orders from other dealerships, the computers were a little slow. But the salesperson handled it like a champ. Customer service was the goal and it was reached. Not the amount I expected, but I was glad to get the car off my hands and give my baby(car) away without regret.
