The car selling experience was great! The agent was friendly and knowledgeable. The car was assessed quickly, a reasonable quote was provided and we left with a "check" within 1 hour of arrival. Craig met me at the door with a big smile and handshake. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. We did the inspection together and he explained everything to me and answered every question. I did not feel that I was talking to a salesman. He was more like a friend that was helping me. I felt that the offer was a little lower than I wanted but Craig was able to get me a little closer to what I wanted. We completed the deal and Craig was very efficient in completing the paperwork and getting me my check. Overall I was very pleased with the company and especially Craig. I highly recommend both!
