It was sooo easy!
I made an appointment online, and the Branch Manager was ready for me when I arrived. He explained the process, then carefully assessed my vehicle. Then after about 10 minutes on the company intranet, he was able to make me an offer that I was happy with. I also really appreciated making this sale to a reputable company vs. finding a private buyer. Lack of any worry about the transfer being done properly felt like added value to me, especially because this was a 15 yrs old, high mileage vehicle that had a few issues which would not pass inspection as-is. So about 10 more minutes and I was out of there with my plate and check in hand! The Branch Manager was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I would call on this business again in a heartbeat.

Not over impressed with live offer of %50 less than quoted. I instantly said, thanks...good-bye. And within 5 seconds got better offer. It then took about 2 minutes to get what I wanted. I hate corporate makes them play these games. But again Cliff was very helpful.
