It was very easy to make an appointment. The mobile unit came to my house. Alex did a detailed assessment of the car and made a print out of his findings. Within 1.5 hours I was offered an appropriate price. He had a computer in the car and also spoke on the phone to people assisting him. He took the time to examine all the papers which included POA for my brother, who is a disabled veteran, so that I could sell his car. The name on the title was only his first and last name and the POA was his full name. The regional manager approved purchasing the car.

I think the initial bid and final price was not done in good faith. We started at $1500 and ended at less than $1000. Nickel and dime action for minor issues. A car that is more than 5 years old will have a few scratches. But charge a fee for repainting is not how business should conducted.
