Fast, friendly, and fair
Researching my car's estimated value on the company's website was easy. Setting up the appointment to take my car in for appraisal was easy. Branch manager Brendan Keenan met me on my arrival, was friendly and polite, answered all my questions, and finished his appraisal in about 20 minutes of inspection and test driving. The whole transaction from the start until I walked out the door with a check in my hand took one hour.The paperwork was handled expeditiously, and I got the amount I hoped to get. Sure took the hassle out of selling my car.

We take detailed notes, photos, and videos of every appointment, online valuation, and phone call and we’ll be happy to launch a full review to ensure your appraisal was completed accurately and you were treated fairly. Our records show that during your online valuation on 02/09/2024 you disclosed some damage to the moldings but when we had a chance to appraise the vehicle on 02/10/2024 we found damage we were previously unaware of.
We’re not worried about normal wear and tear but big-ticket items that impact the mechanical, structural, and safety components of a vehicle. Our records indicate our Branch manager reported the check engine light illuminated, fluid leaks and upper engine noise. With accident history and 173,000 miles on the odometer it was apparent this 2004 Honda Accord had reached it’s end of life.
We Buy Any Car looks to purchase whole vehicles with a resale demand, we don’t break down vehicles for parts like a recycling center would. With a variety of reconditioning costs our pricing model valued the vehicle appropriately. When this happens, we always go back to our pricing team for a second opinion. Great experience!
Overall, I had a great experience. The only issue I had was the phone calls coming into the office are routed strangely, so when I think I'm calling Silver Spring, MD I'll get someone from Gaithersburg, MD. Outside of that, the whole experience was amazing. I told Brendan everything that was going on with the vehicle. He got me a fair price. Hector was awesome, too. Both great guys, taking care of all of their customers. I'd recommend them to anyone selling a car who just wanted a quick, painless, as-is sale to some good natured people.
The silver spring entrance is on Flora street and it's easiest to park at the meters, but there's also a lot behind the service road to the building that can be parked in.
