Easy, quick, and pleasant.
I arrived without knowing I was supposed to first get an estimate online, then make an appointment, but Hector made time for me and we got the deal done, even though he had to stay a bit late to do it. Hector was extremely pleasant, removed my tags for me, and even gave me a bag for my belongings from the car. Best of all, I walked out with a check.

The service was timely and straightforward.
The service was timely, and the manager demonstrated a degree of patience that is worthy of recognition, as my bank was not very cooperative when it came to confirming the payoff status of my vehicle and account. In fact, one phone representative with Ally Financial claimed that I still owed money on a vehicle that had been paid off for 6 - 7 years. Location could use a rear access point.
