That may sound extraordinary given this review is for a vehicle transaction, however it’s worth noting when some people just make things undeniably seamless, with honesty and integrity at that. We didn’t think we could get much for our vehicle being 20-years old, and after Brendon’s assessment we were given an honest and considerably generous offer. Exceeded my expectations
All communications with we buy any car went seamlessly. My questions were answered clearly and promptly. They came to my home and inspected my truck. The final offer they gave me was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone and was better than any offers I got elsewhere. The truck was my husbands who died suddenly and unexpectedly. They made this difficult time for me so much easier than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever decide to buy a new car for myself I would probably sell to them rather than trade in at a dealer.

We’re sorry to hear we came across as low ballers. We can assure you that is not our intent, and if we came off as anything less than open and transparent regarding how we arrived at our valuation of your 2012 Infiniti, than we do apologize and want to clear the air.
Like any reputable buyer we value vehicles based on their condition and history. No two vehicles are the same and wear and tear plays a critical role in determining a car’s resale value. You should have been invited to join us as we completed our appraisal process so you can see what we see and ask any questions you may have. Our Branch Manager also should have communicated clearly any concerns he or she discovered during the appraisal or in the vehicle history report. Our leadership team is investigating to ensure our process was followed, anything less than clear, transparent customer service is unacceptable to us.
During every appointment we pull a third-party vehicle history report such as a CarFAX or Experian AutoCheck. Reviewing the detailed notes, I see the Infiniti was declared a total loss by insurance on 06/16/2015. This results in a salvage or reconstructed title. Unfortunately, this will negatively impact a vehicle’s value and we had to take this into consideration when making our offer to you.
Hopefully this and the other various reconditioning concerns our Branch Manager identified were clearly explained to you. We want all our customers to have a positive experience and feel good about their decision to sell. I have asked the Area Manager to review your appointment personally and reach out to you by phone. Please be on the lookout for our calls.
