Quick painless process

This was exactly what I expected, after reading reviews. Tommy was very knowledgeable about the entire progress. He didn’t attempt to drop the amount of the purchase, and was very friendly! Our experience was quick, and we were in and out in less than 90 minutes. We had been told that that was usually about how long it took. He made phone calls to get info that he needed, and we walked out, extremely satisfied, with check in hand. If we are ever in this situation again, we know why to call. Thanks, Tommie!!

Your rep in the St. Petersburg office in Pinellas Park was very personable & walked me through all the steps very well with clear explanations. I give him 5 stars. My only negative point with the experience is that the online quote is rather inaccurate due to the fees attached to the selling process, so I actually received HALF of the online quote in the end. I am aware I didn't have to accepted the offer, but I wasn't going to go through the process again somewhere else for a nominal difference. Overall, I would possibly use this company again in the future.
