I had a successful transaction with this company. I dealt with Mark (Manager). He was very professional, courteous, & highly knowledgeable. The entire selling my car process took about (1) hour. Mostly paperwork, after the inspection. No problems and they issued me a check on the spot. I would deal with this company again if I decide to sell any of my other cars in the future. Thumbs up !!!!!

Mark was very knowledgeable. That is why there was an excellent other than that - I am disappointed in how long it took for the people to get back in touch with Mark every step of the way. I am also disappointed in the estimate that was given online. It would have been beneficial to have had a place to put the VIN number to give more of a ball park figure than the one I had received online!

We found using this way to sell our car was very good. It only took an hour and we received a fair value for the car. We were even able to negotiate the price. No hassle as to selling the car ourselves and all the paperwork was done for us without having to visit the DMV!. We would recommend for anyone trying to sell an older car, the easiest way to do so.
